• Who may post a job to your website?

  Only member institutions and their sponsoring organizations, or search consultants acting on their behalf, may post a job.
   

• Is there a fee for posting a job?

  No.
   

• What job listings do you accept?

  We accept listings for:
  

  • Heads of School
  • Chaplains & Teachers of Religion
  • Administrators
  • Teachers
  • Rectors

    

• How do I post a job?

  You may either:
  

  • Use the "Post a Job" form below: or
  • Call us at (800) 334-7626, ext, 6134, or (212) 716-6134.

   

• How long does it take for my posting to appear on your website?

  Please allow up to one business day for your posting to appear on our website. Once you submit your posting, a staff member will review it and verify your school's membership before publishing it to our website.
   

• When will my job listing expire?

  • A listing with an application deadline expires on that date.
  • A listing marked “open until filled” or similar deadline expires at the beginning of the school year when the job starts.

   

• Do you post my job listing to the NAES Facebook page and Twitter feed?

  Yes, we do, once the listing is posted to our website.
   

• How do I edit or remove my job listing once it is posted?

  You may either:
  

  • Email us; or
  • Call us at (800) 334-7626, ext. 6134, or (212) 716-6134.

   

• Can you provide me with mailing labels to let other NAES member institutions know of my job listing?

  Yes. We can provide a free set of labels, customized by region and/or grade level.
  

  • Labels are provided only in hard copy.
  • Labels are addressed only to schools, not to individuals.
  • To request labels, you may either:
  • Complete the “Mailing Labels” section below; or
  • Call us at (800) 334-7626, ext. 6134, or (212) 716-6134.
