Events

NAES offers a variety of conferences and webinars designed to strengthen, train, support, and build community among Episcopal school leaders and faculty members.

Biennial Conference

Our signature national conference for Episcopal school leaders, faculty members, and friends features worship, workshops, plenary sessions, community service, and networking events designed to develop leadership, governance, and the articulation of the Episcopal identity of our schools and to strengthen participants' professional, spiritual, and personal development.

ChapToR

Join your colleagues for this annual February retreat/conference for Episcopal school chaplains and teachers of religion examining various facets of worship and religious studies. ChapToR is co-sponsored by NAES and the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education (CSEE).

Early Childhood Education Program Days

One-day gatherings designed for ECE program directors, chaplains, trustees, rectors, and vestry members that explore governance, leadership, and worship.

NAES/SAES Newly Appointed Heads Institute

Whether you are a first-time head or a first-time Episcopal school head, this institute is for you. Participants will examine distinctive and oftentimes unaddressed aspects of Episcopal headship including Episcopal identity, the spiritual life of a school, board-head and constituency relations, school finances, development and advancement issues, and the importance of self-care. This gathering is co-sponsored by NAES and the Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools (SAES).

Webinars

Offered on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m., these focused, 75-minute sessions on Episcopal school topics offer you:

  • Fingertip learning—education brought to you at your desktop
  • Cost-effective learning—avoid travel costs and time away
  • Real-time learning—current information and knowledge

Register for one connection and gather your leadership team around the screen. Or, have more than one member of your leadership team register for a connection and enable school and church leaders to participate from a variety of locations.

Registration is free to NAES members, but required. For non-members the charge is $75 per connection per webinar.
