Leadership Transitions: The Search Process

Is your school about to embark upon the search for a new head of school or early childhood director? Come learn about the elements of a sound search process, including timeline, selecting and working with a search consultant, the search committee, and engaging various constituencies in the search process. Ideal for schools that may be conducting a search for the first time or that have not engaged in a head search in a number of years. Also an excellent introduction for parish and church leaders who may be unfamiliar with a school search process.
All you will need to participate is a telephone and a computer with a high-speed Internet connection; no downloads are required!
Each registration equals one connection. Register for one connection and gather your leadership team around the screen. Or, register for multiple connections and enable school and church leaders to participate from a variety of locations.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).
