Webinar: Measuring the Health of School Culture: The Power of Engagement

Tuesday, January 23, 2018 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

Webinar

The level of positive engagement is a key factor in determining the health of the school’s culture. Engagement reflects the passion and willingness of a parent or employee to expend discretionary effort helping the organization succeed. Research shows that positive employee engagement leads to increased productivity and a healthy work environment. Positive customer engagement leads to reduced defection (enrollment attrition).

IES has developed and tested employee and current parent engagement surveys for independent schools. This webinar will show how measuring engagement can challenge institutional assumptions, help shape strategic goals and give real data on the health of the school’s culture to help inform decision-making.
