Webinar: New Chaplains Introduction to Episcopal Schools 2018

Welcome to Episcopal school chaplaincy! Learn more about the unique nature of Episcopal school ministry, the role of the chaplain, and resources that can enrich your school ministry.

Topics will include:

  • key characteristics of Episcopal schools;
  • understanding school culture;
  • Episcopal school worship and the study of religion; and
  • balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.
Free to members and non-members alike, this webinar is ideal for all chaplains in their first two years of service, including parish clergy who also serve as school chaplain.

Technical Requirements:
Laptop or desktop participants will need a telephone, Internet access, and a computer that meets the ReadyTalk system requirements. ReadyTalk also offers you a way to test your computer.

iPad participants will need a telephone, Internet access, and the free ReadyTalk iPad App. (NAES is not responsible for the functionality or security of this third-party app.)

Each registration equals one connection. Register for one connection and gather your leadership team around the screen. Or, register for multiple connections and enable each school and church leader to participate from a different location.

Written cancellations must be received by email to jfc@episcopalschools.org, no later than 24 hours before the start of the webinar.
