Episcopal Church Leadership

There are nearly 1,200 Episcopal schools within The Episcopal Church, each with its own history, mission, educational program, and governance structure. They include parish, cathedral, seminary, and religious order schools; diocesan schools; and fully independent Episcopal schools. They are single sex and coeducational; Montessori and military; and boarding and day. They range from small early childhood education programs to large, comprehensive K-12 schools.

We’re here to assist you in getting to know the rich variety of Episcopal schools along with best practices in Episcopal school leadership, governance, and identity.

We have gathered here key resources as a starting place for your exploration of the NAES website.
