Here is how you can register your group and receive the best rates for everyone from your NAES-member school/church.
Combine different rates to save!
A group can include individuals registering at different rates. For example: your group includes three presenters and two other people. Register as a group and the presenters receive the “Presenter” rate and the other folks receive the “5–9” reduced group rate.
Online group registration is available. But be prepared!
Before you begin the online registration process,
- Designate a coordinator.
- Prepare a list of everyone in your group.
- Know if folks want to attend any ticketed events.
The coordinator should log on to the NAES website, go to the Biennial Conference 2016 page, and register the group, for which you can pay with a single credit card transaction.
Once you create, complete, and pay for a group registration, you cannot add anyone to that group. To register additional people, you will need to create a new group and it must have 5–9 or 10+ people in it to qualify for the special group rates.
Be prepared and register one group to receive the lowest possible rates.
Or, mail your forms and payment together!
Photocopy the registration form, have each attendees complete one, and mail your forms and check/credit card information a single envelope to the address provided on the form.
