Development.

Saint Andrew’s School, an independent, co-educational school for grades PK-12, is both a day
school and a boarding school, educating students from across the United States and throughout
the world. As a college preparatory school in the Episcopal tradition, Saint Andrew’s welcomes

Saint Andrew’s School seeks a Director of Development to lead a comprehensive giving
program and prepare for a significant campaign. This individual will report to the Director of
Institutional Advancement and provide strategic leadership to a high-functioning team. The
Director will develop programmatic and prospect strategies to strengthen engagement and
philanthropic practices and manage day-to-day development activities for the Saint Andrew’s
Fund, Annual Auction and Gala, Advancement Services, and Alumni Relations. The Director will
partner with the Director of Institutional Advancement to develop annual, multi-year, and
campaign strategies to expand the donor base and increase the dollars raised.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading successful teams, partnering with parent and
alumni volunteers, and exceeding annual giving and fundraising event goals.
