TMI Episcopal is seeking a strategic and operationally minded advancement professional to serve as Executive Director of Advancement Operations & Annual Giving. This is a newly created, priority position that serves as the operational backbone of the Advancement Office — overseeing donor relations, annual giving strategy, gift pipeline management, stewardship systems, and the operations infrastructure that enables the full advancement team to focus on building transformational donor relationships.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Executive Director will provide leadership across the following functions of advancement: stewardship programming, annual fund planning and support, gift officer pipeline support, event operations, and CRM strategy. This person ensures that every donor is appropriately cultivated, acknowledged, and stewarded — and that the data and systems behind those touchpoints are accurate, timely, and purposeful.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, deep knowledge of the systems of a high functioning advancement office, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
