The Founding Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the launch of the Holy Nativity Pauli Murray Episcopal Learning Center (ELC) in Baltimore, MD. Initially part-time, this position focuses on building the foundation of the Center—establishing licensing, recruiting staff, cultivating partnerships, leading fundraising efforts, and preparing for enrollment. The Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, the Church of the Holy Nativity, and community stakeholders to ensure a successful opening in August 2026.
