The Head of Middle School serves as the educational, administrative, and cultural leader of TMI’s Middle School, creating an environment in which students thrive under the Cherish, Know, Challenge philosophy and faculty are supported, challenged, and equipped to do their best work.
As a member of TMI’s Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Middle School provides both strategic and day-to-day leadership for the division, ensuring its programs, culture, and priorities align with the mission and strategic direction of the school. The Head of Middle School is a visible, engaged leader who builds strong relationships, makes thoughtful decisions, and turns ideas and priorities into action.
