Head of School

Holland Hall
Tulsa, OK United States

Educators Collaborative is delighted to partner with Holland Hall in the search for its next Head of School to begin July 1, 2027.

Holland Hall is Tulsa’s premier independent Episcopal school, serving more than 1,000 students from PreK through Grade 12 on a beautiful 167-acre campus. Rooted in the Episcopal tradition of intellectual inquiry, inclusivity, service, and respect for the dignity of every individual, the School offers a rigorous liberal arts education within a deeply relational and community-centered environment.

Following a successful 14-year tenure of its current Head, Holland Hall seeks a warm, collaborative, and forward-looking leader who can honor the School’s traditions while helping guide conversations about academic excellence, innovation, belonging, and the future of whole-child education. The next Head will inherit a thriving institution with strong enrollment, engaged governance, exceptional facilities, significant philanthropic support, and a vibrant culture in which students are deeply known and supported.

The successful candidate will bring substantial leadership experience, strong communication and relational skills, organizational and strategic acumen, and an appreciation for Episcopal school values and culture.
