Solutions Partner Application Form

The Partner will not state, suggest or imply, in any written or oral communication, that NAES has endorsed any of its products or services.

The Partner may use the “Proud Solutions Partner” logo supplied by NAES in only the manner and forms described in the communiqué accompanying its delivery. The Partner may not use any other NAES brandmarks or logos in any form.

When communicating with NAES member schools, the Partner will speak accurately and comprehensively about the strengths of its own products and services and not allege weaknesses in other competitor products.

NAES reserves the right to revoke the Solutions Partnership if it violates any of the above agreements, or if NAES deems the Partner’s business to be discriminatory or inappropriate to the interests of its membership.

If the Partner’s Solutions Partnership is dropped, for any reason, the Subscriber will not receive a refund on the balance of its current year partnership fee, and it will not be permitted to rejoin for a minimum of three years.

The Solutions Partner acknowledges that full payment of the partnership fee must accompany this form in order to be listed on the NAES website, and to receive or participate in any Solutions Partner services and benefits.
