NAES Governing Board
The Governing Board oversees the work of NAES. Its members, who serve voluntarily and are self-elected, are Episcopal school leaders and friends from the school and Church communities. The NAES Executive Director is an ex officio voting member and the Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church traditionally serves as the Honorary Chair.
