Strategic Plan

Since the creation of the last strategic plan in 2019, NAES has continued to assess and adapt to the changing needs of member schools and the broader community of The Episcopal Church. Through ongoing reflection and regular conversations with school and church leaders, NAES has validated that the four goals at the center of the plan remain the most essential, relevant, and aligned with NAES’s mission to serve those who serve Episcopal schools. NAES remains deeply committed to this work as outlined in the four goals of the 2019 plan.
