10:45 am - 12:00 pm	Episcopal Identity and Early Childhood Programs What are the characteristics of early childhood programs associated with Episcopal parishes and cathedrals? How do different early childhood programs associated with Episcopal parishes and cathedrals understand and express that connection? Participants will have a chance to reflect on their particular church-school culture and story.
12:00 pm - 12:45 pm	Tour and Q&A - Trinity Cathedral Academy Founded in 1965, in 1988 the Academy joined with the Trenton Public School District and the NJ State Department of Education to become an Abbott Preschool Program. As an Abbott Preschool , the Academy provides a no-cost program for 3- and 4-year-old children that includes both before and after-school child care.
12:45 pm - 01:15 pm	Lunch and Networking A light meal will be served.
01:15 pm - 02:30 pm	Leadership, Governance and Church School Relations What are the roles of the Early Childhood Director and Rector? How can early childhood programs and Episcopal parishes structure their shared life, including space, expenses, and decision-making? We will focus on general principles and practical tools.
