Registration Includes:

One conference registration includes plenary sessions, the awards luncheon, featured speakers, workshops, worship, the conference reception, and exhibits.

The following events are not included in a standard conference registration and must be selected separately during the registration process:

• Deep Dives (no cost, but registration required)
• Awards Luncheon (no cost, but registration required so NAES can accurately plan meals and minimize food waste)
• Service Event (no cost, but registration required)
• Affinity Group Luncheons ($100)
• Accommodations - hotel must be booked separately

Please be sure to select any of these additional events during the registration process. Hotel information can be found upon completion and payment of your registration.

Meeting Attire:

School attire is recommended for all Biennial Conference events.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before Friday, October 18, 2024. Cancellation requests must be emailed to NAES at fks@episcopalschools.org or faxed to Palisades Convention Management at (212) 460-5460. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

NAES will assess a $125 processing fee on all approved refunds received before Friday, October 18, 2024. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the conclusion of the conference.

After Friday, October 18, 2024, no refunds will be made. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend for any reason, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.

All registrations and reservations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees.

Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall NAES be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging. Submission of registration and payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

NAES or its contractors may be photographing or videotaping sessions and events at Biennial Conference 2024. By attending the NAES Biennial Conference 2024, attendees understand and agree to allow their likenesses, images, and voices to be used by NAES in association publications and communications, on its website and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images and videos may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives NAES from liability resulting from these uses.

General Hotel Information:

Hotel rooms are to be reserved separately through the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Beach Resort and Spa, starting at a rate of $235 per night plus taxes and fees. The link to reserve your hotel room can be found in your confirmation email once you register for the conference.

Please note: hotel reservations are not included in the cost of registration and must be booked separately! To access the NAES room block, dates selected must be between Tuesday, November 12 and Saturday, November 16, 2024. Guests wishing to arrive early or stay longer will be able to select additional nights during the hotel booking process, dependent on availability. Per hotel policy, each attendee’s room must be reserved on an individual basis (one room per reservation).

Any rooms booked in the NAES room block without an existing registration for Biennial Conference 2024 will be immediately canceled.
