Leading Together: Understanding Parish Day School Governance

Tuesday, January 13, 2015 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

Webinar

At some point in their shared lives, Episcopal parish and school leaders often discover that they have different assumptions about what they can or should expect of their colleagues “across the way.” This session will explore the key differences between churches and schools that can lead to misunderstanding, outline elements of healthy parish day school governance and lines of authority, and offer practical tools to sustain a positive working relationship between church and school leaders.

Ideal for: current and prospective heads of school, rectors, school board chairs and trustees, wardens and vestry members, diocesan staff, and anyone interested in this topic.
