While there is no fee for this meeting, you must log in and register no later than October 10, 2025 at 12:00p.m. (EDT) using the Register Now link above.

Registration Includes:

NAES will provide accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday nights, November 5th and 6th at no cost at The Desmond- Malvern, A Doubletree by Hilton (see Hotel information below) for the head of school and one additional designee that are not in the Exton, PA area. Schools may send further representatives at their own cost and will need to book rooms for additional attendees directly with the hotel. Lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 6th are included.

Who Should Attend:

Accommodations for Head of School plus one additional representative are covered by NAES. Schools may send further representatives at their own cost.

Meeting Attire:

Business casual.

General Hotel Information:

NAES has reserved a block of rooms for November 5th and November 6th at the The Desmond- Malvern, A Doubletree by Hilton located at 1 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355. Accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday nights, November 5th and November 6th will be provided by NAES at no cost for the head of school and one additional designee who are not local. NAES covers the cost of hotel lodging and room tax for two nights. Any additional nights at The Desmond- Malvern should be booked on your own.

You will be asked during the registration process about your housing needs and must answer this question in order to complete your registration.

Schools may send further representatives at their own cost and will need to book rooms directly with the hotel.
