Early Childhood Education Leadership Day

Directors, division heads, rectors, and school board chairs are invited for a day of learning and collegial conversation. The day will focus on research-based early childhood practice as an opportunity to distinguish your program and articulate its value to parents, followed by facilitated discussion of how early childhood programs are planning for the 2021-2022 school year both programmatically and financially.

The sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing by registered participants.

About Dr. Cris Lozon
Before taking her current position at St. Margaret's, Dr. Cris Lozon taught early childhood and elementary aged students in the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, and Italy. She advocates for keeping play in the early childhood classroom through teacher training and parent education. She has presented at numerous conferences, including the national Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

About Dr. Jennifer Hardison
Dr. Jennifer Hardison recently completed her doctorate on pedagogical documentation and meaningful practices. Jennifer has been in the field of education for over 20 years. She serves as the naturalist at St. Margaret’s Early Childhood program and recently presented at the annual conference for The Association of Constructivist Teaching.

Cancellation and Other Policies:

Written cancellations received by fax, (212) 286-9366, or by e-mail, to hez@episcopalschools.org, no later than 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, are entitled to a full refund less a $15 processing fee. We are unable to process a refund for cancellation requests received after 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.

All registrations are subject to acceptance. Registrations and reservations received without payment will be returned. Registrations are NOT transferable and cannot be split among conference attendees.

Any and all liability of the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES) with respect to registration, reservations, cancellations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall NAES be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging.
