Case Study: How EI Drives Strategic Leadership and DEIJ&B Initiatives

Wednesday, October 18, 2023 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

Zoom Meeting

Independent schools have engaged DEIJ&B work from a variety of positions and perspectives. Episcopal schools have the unique opportunity to direct these initiatives from a faith-based mission grounded in the Baptismal Covenant. We will present how one Episcopal school has approached this strategic work by aligning governance, the Head of School, the Office of the Chaplains, and the DEI practitioners to make sustainable progress centered on human dignity. Join us for an engaging webinar with Porter-Gaud’s Head of School, DuBose Egleston, Head Chaplain, The Rev. Palmer Kennedy, and Director of Community Engagement and Belonging, Dr. Yerko Sepúlveda. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to shape DEI&B work that flows from the Episcopal identity.
