Whether you are new to your community or new to headship, come and join other first-year NAES heads of school as we gather in New York for a mid-year check-in and day of professional development and support. Hear from experienced leaders about persevering to the finish line and preparing for a successful second half of your first year in headship. Also, join the Governing Board of NAES for a reception to celebrate your leadership and hear more about how NAES can support you and your community.
