The NAES Episcopal School Leadership Certificate is a one-year professional development opportunity designed to equip current and aspiring heads of school, chaplains, administrators, and future Episcopal school leaders with the knowledge, skills, and commitment needed to lead with moral and ethical integrity.

Through a blend of online coursework, webinars, facilitated discussions, coaching, virtual and in-person gatherings, and a capstone school-based project, participants will engage in sustained formation focused on ethical leadership, spiritual grounding, and the cultivation of thriving school communities.

Grounded in Episcopal identity, the certificate program is designed to help form leaders who foster moral clarity, professional excellence, and a deep connection to the mission of Episcopal schools.
