New headship comes with a learning curve all its own. The Leading Episcopal Schools Fellowship (LESF) helps first-time heads and heads new to Episcopal schools find their footing, offering leadership development, mentorship, cohort-based learning, and experiences grounded in Episcopal identity—at no cost to member schools.

Join us for the LESF New Heads Welcome Call on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (2–3pm ET). All new heads of school are welcome, whether or not you've joined the fellowship—and if you haven't yet, this is a great time to sign up.
