Position Summary: Our Teachers are rock stars! They nurture a love of learning in a safe and supportive classroom. An Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in providing a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our early learning students. This position requires a passionate educator who can collaborate effectively with fellow colleagues and families.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with young children ages 2-5.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated patience, creativity and a genuine love for children.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
• Must pass a background check and complete all company paid required training (e.g., CPR & First Aid, 40 Hour DCF Child Care Facility Training).
