Elected at the Governing Board's April 2016 meeting, they began their terms on July 1, 2016. Each was elected to a three-year term that concludes June 30, 2019. Dr. Cleveland is the associate professor of the practice of reconciliation and director of the Center for Reconciliation at Duke Divinity School. She is a social psychologist and reconciliation scholar-practitioner who writes and lectures widely on the theology and practice of reconciliation.
