NAES Moving to New Permanent Quarters, Friday-Monday, January 20-23

Phase 3 of the Episcopal Church Center renovation has concluded and it is now time for NAES to move to its new, permanent office suite. This move will place over this weekend and begin at Noon (E.S.T.), Friday, January 20. We anticipate that the move will conclude at Noon (E.S.T.) on Monday, January 23.

As this move includes not only the contents of our office but also telecommunication and internet connections and services, we want to let you know how and when you will be able to reach the staff during and after the move.

During the Move

Voicemail
The voicemail system will continue to accept messages during the move. However, we anticipate limited access, at best, to the system during the move while connections are rerouted and handsets repositioned. Handsets will be disconnected at Noon (E.S.T.) on Friday, January 20; we anticipate their return at the conclusion of the move on Monday, January 23. We shall return your calls as soon as possible.

E-mail
E-mail boxes will continue to accept messages during the move. However, we again anticipate limited access, at best, to the system during the move while internet/ethernet connections are rerouted. Ethernet connections will be disconnected at Noon (E.S.T.) on Friday, January 20; we anticipate their return at the conclusion of the move on Monday, January 23. We shall reply to your e-mails as soon as possible.

Web Site
The web site will continue to operate normally. However, processes and requests requiring staff action (e.g. publication order fulfillment) will not be completed until after the move.

After the Move
You may reach NAES and its staff members at our existing telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses as no changes to these forms of contact are being made. The Association’s new address will be as follows:

National Association of Episcopal Schools
815 Second Avenue, Suite 819
New York, NY 10017

Thank you for your patience. We look forward to serving you from our new offices.
